In the first of the Plate Semi-Finals the home team were unable to hold back the Kukris, who managed to finish the stronger.
There was nothing separating the two teams throughout the game as the 05-all halftime score atested too. In fact the game was even until the last few minutes when the Kukris were able to find that little bit extra and slide past two times in a row against a valiant but tiring Nomads.
