Many of you will have been coming to Nomads for this tournament for a number of years (some for a number of decades!) and I am sure that you will recognise a few familiar faces that work for the Club.

The Nomads staff are an incredibly loyal and hard-working group of people and never fail to support this event, whatever it takes. The week before the tournament sees hard work across the board – sometimes right through the night. It is only right that the Manila 10’s organizing committee pays tribute to the staff that make our event a reality.

MALOU “The Lovely Malou” LOPEÑA has taken over the reigns of running the club and is ably supported by Lalaine and Rain in the administration office. These are the girls that make the Club tick and ensure that your money is not invested in sub-prime mortgages or Egyptian-style investment schemes.

You will, no doubt, be familiar with the main bar – our head barman, JUN, is a Nomads institution and ably supported by the lovely trio of JEN, JANE and JANICE. It is rumoured that our good friend DIANE may also be making a reappearance for the 2009 M10’s ☺

The Club Shop is always a hive of activity over 10’s weekend and JUVY is the young lady that you will find holding the fort – ever willing to sell you yet another book of coupons!

Of course, without a playing field, there would be no rugby. FRANKIE is the man charged with maintaining the field and a special thanks goes to him and his team. It is no easy task trying to run a rugby field, football pitch and cricket “oval” on the same piece of grass - but that is why Nomads is so special ☺

Please appreciate our staff while you are here – they certainly go out of their way for every visitor that walks through the Nomads gates.
